FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY ON ALL ITEMS - *EXCEPT BULKY ITEMS*. STANDARD UK MAINLAND ONLY. 

Bulky items have a £10 Delivery charge which is applied at the checkout process.
*All Skis, Adult Ski Boots, Adult Ski Poles, Wheeled Holdalls e.g Dakine & Wheeled Double Ski Bags e.g Dakine Fall Line.
 
Because of size and weights all bulky items will be shipped via a courier service e.g TNT DHL UPS or UK MAIL. A signature is always required.
 
You may want to take advantage of our Click and Collect Service.(option at the checkout process on website) Orders generally are ready after a couple of hours of receiving your order. (except skis) If someone is collecting your order for you, please notify us for proof and give them proof of your order.
 
Please be aware, for security reasons we will not leave instructions for parcels to be left in porches, garages, wheelie bins or doorsteps etc. Signatures are usually required.
 
If there is nobody available at the delivery address to sign and accept the delivery, a card should be left by the postman or courier to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel.
 
Dependent on size and weight of order we use either Royal Mail or a courier service to make deliveries.
Delivery can be made between 7am and 7pm. A signature is required. 
 
PLEASE NOTE: A working day is Monday - Friday and doesn't include bank holidays. Orders for same day shipping will need to be made before 12.30pm.
Please also note that orders to Highlands and Islands and BFPO addresses will take longer.
 
Orders placed on late Friday afternoons, Saturdays or Sundays will be processed, but shipped on Monday. 
 
Extreme weather conditions can cause delays to all delivery options and refunds are not available for delays that are outside of our control.
